the water decreases the impact on muscles and joints

This multi level aqua program focuses on correct form,
technique and safety. Use the properties of water
during cardio and toning segments to achieve a full
body workout. Get deep into aqua with this low impact
workout that is challenging and relaxing.
Swimming
