Aqua fitness is a great way to get fit. The buoyancy of the water decreases the impact on muscles and joints while providing an excellent workout. This multi level aqua program focuses on correct form, technique and safety. Use the properties of water during cardio and toning segments to achieve a full body workout. Get deep into aqua with this low impact workout that is challenging and relaxing.



Swimming is known to be one of the best all around exercises and Shahin offers private and group lessons for beginners and advanced swimmers.
