This class is designed to be easy on the joints and ligaments. Stretching is an essential
component of exercise. Stretching not only helps reduce lactic acid build up in the muscles
following aerobic activity, it also extends your body’s range of motion. This leads to less
injury while we age. Our sense of balance also deteriorates as we age. Theraball is a fantastic
way to tone muscle, and improve core strength and balance.
